There are two Assistant Registrar of Marriages who are appointed by the National Registration Department to conduct marriage registration ceremony at the Kuching Teochew Association's office.

Couples who wish to have the marriage registration ceremony performed at the association are required to submit the necessary documents to the administration office of the Association.
